How to fix a declined pledge and/or tip
Whether you pledged as a guest, or with your Seed&Spark account, you can fix a declined pledge or tip by reentering your payment details.
We would first recommend contacting your bank to ensure your card is ready to attempt a charge again. If you'd like to use a different card than originally entered, you may do so.
If you pledged as a Guest:
You'll want to go to our sign up page to create an account using the email address you used to place the pledge
Verify your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to you
Now that you've converted your account from a guest account to a regular account you can continue with the steps below:
If you pledged with an existing Seed&Spark account:
Log in to your Seed&Spark account
Click the yellow banner at the top of the page to take you to the fix payment page.
Enter your card details (either the same card after clearing any issues with your bank or you may enter a different card) then click "Pledge Now"
Once fixed, you should see a confirmation screen.
