To update your E-mail notifications:
First you'll want to log in to Seed&Spark
Then you should navigate to Manage Account by hovering over your name in the upper right corner
Finally, you'll just need to select E-mail Notifications on the left menu
You can then toggle what (if any) email notifications you'd like to receive. You'll just want to be sure to select "Save Changes" in the lower right corner when you're done.
To unsubscribe from Seed&Spark marketing emails, you can also click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any Seed&Spark marketing email.
