Seed&Spark cannot guarantee the delivery of incentives or the completion of projects. Once Seed&Spark releases the funds, creators are obligated to their supporters to deliver on their promises. In other words, they are obligated to make the project they said they would, and deliver any incentives supporters pledged for.
Delays to a project can be normal, and creators are encouraged to post updates on Seed&Spark to let their supporters know. If you haven't received information to your satisfaction about the status of your incentives from a creator, you should reach out to them directly.
You can do this by selecting the "Contact" button beneath their name on their campaign's main page.
You can review our Terms of Service here. As a matter of policy Seed&Spark cannot get involved in disputes between creators and supporters, so it would be up to you if you wanted to pursue any legal enforcement of these terms.
