Things happen, changes occur, and we understand that. If you are a project owner and cannot fulfill an incentive for a pledge, we expect you to promptly and fully refund any funds pledged by a supporter whose reward you're unable to fulfill.
Any refunds would have to be sent off-platform via alternate payment methods at your discretion and the pledger's discretion, where Seed&Spark is not involved.
We encourage you to reach out to supporters with project updates and direct messages from the Supporters tab, to let them know what's happening. You'll often find that supporters are open to alternative incentives and creative solutions.
