Project funding payments may be subject to verification of the identity of the Project owner.

If there is an error regarding payment such as an incorrect account number, routing number or contact info, we’ll notify you via email asking you to update that information.
Once it’s been corrected, we will re-process payment. If you do not receive your funds in 5-7 business days, notify us via this form and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
