Seed&Spark reserves the right to suspend a project that it finds to be in violation of our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
Reasons may include:
A creator or a third party on their behalf is spamming potential supporters on or off the Seed&Spark platform.
The project has misrepresented funding with fraudulent self-pledging.
A creator misrepresenting their identity to us or our payments partner Stripe.
A creator presenting someone else's work as their own.
We will notify the creator if there is an opportunity for the project to make changes that can help avoid suspension.
