When a supporter's card is declined, we attempt to charge their card for one week after the initial failed payment. We also email you with instructions on how to log in and submit updated payment information. You can also fix your pledge by logging into Seed&Spark and clicking on the "Fix pledge" banner at the top of the page.
As soon as you submit updated payment information you will receive confirmation of the successful charge.
You have 7 days from the project's completion to update your payment to the project. Once this period of time lapse it will no longer be possible to collect your pledge towards the project.
