If a supporter of your project disputes a charge with their card issuer, we'll handle representing the charge to settle this with the card issuer. You'll be notified that a dispute has been filed, and you'll be able to provide evidence to help us resolve it. We also send an email to the supporter filing the dispute, to make sure it wasn't made in error. In this email we also explain the resolution process.

If the cardholder's dispute is found valid (the review process can take up to 60 days), we will charge the credit card number you provided when you started your project for that amount. If the dispute is over $500, we automatically charge the credit card on file. If the dispute resolves in your favor we automatically return those funds. When you launch a project on Seed&Spark, the user agreement authorizes us to conduct disputes in this manner.
